Pat Fenlon has today been unveiled as the new manager of Hibernian. The Dublin born manager takes over from former boss Colin Calderwood who won 12 of his 49 games in charge. In a direct contrast Fenlon has won 5 league titles and 3 cups in 9 years as a manager, this led Hibernian chairman Rod Petrie to label the Irish manager as ‘a winner’ and as such many Hibs fans will be hoping for Fenlon to turn around the clubs fortunes.

Rod Petrie had this to say regarding the appointment of Fenlon: “Results in the last 12 months have not been what any of us wanted, but we’ve got a new manager now who has got great experience, he’s a very determined character, he’s a leader, he’s a winner.
